Lodging

Our spacious vacation homes offer 3 private bedrooms with queen beds and a set of twins.. A huge bathroom includes lush linens plus a custom walk-in shower with a seat and an assortment of body care products. Three of the four houses even have a se one half bath, for extra convenience for groups.

An open concept Living Room, Dining Room, and stainless Kitchen combination is an awesome place for all the time with family and friends. Enjoy the fabulous  views, comfy furnishings, and great amenities.

We provide coffee. Plus we add lots of goodies in the fridge and cupboard, so your first meal and breakfast is already there for you, regardless of how late you might arrive at the house. There is a grill and picnic table on the huge deck and a fire pit next to the house. Any size group will find comfort, a touch of luxe, and plenty of rustic beauty all around you.

We provide the use of a few kayaks and a collection of bicycles for summer guests in the houses. In winter we add sleds and snow shoes.

Our resort is right on the ATV trail number 124, and the snowmobile trail number 133.  So, step out the door and start riding in any season. We have tons of parking space for trailers. We even provide special rags to clean and maintain your rides and rigs.

The history of the houses is also interesting. They were built for military personnel at an Air Force Radar Base near Gratiot Lake. We bought and moved them to our beautiful lakeshore location for renovation and a vew life. We have a super up-cycling project here at Dockside!

Listed on AirBnB and VRBO for $264 per night, plus Michigan sales tax and booking fees. Pet fee is $25 per pet per visit.
